Zucchini with ketchup for the winter: how to make a delicious marinade

Ingredients:
- hot spices - 2 tbsp.
- water - 8 cups
- vinegar 9% - 1 cup
- salt with a slide - 2 tbsp
- sugar - 1 cup
- chili ketchup - 6-8 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Wash and dry the jars with lids well.
2. Cut the zucchini into 1 cm thick slices.
3. Fill the jars to the top with vegetables.
4. For the marinade, mix all the ingredients.
5. Boil for 5 minutes.
6. Pour the hot marinade over the zucchini.
7. Cover with lids.
8. Sterilize for 10-15 minutes.
9. Roll up the lids, cool and put them in a cold place.
