Zucchini is a seasonal, budget-friendly vegetable that can be used to make a variety of dishes. The most popular are various appetizers, stews, casseroles, and even jams. But if you have neither the opportunity nor the desire to spend a lot of time in the kitchen, why not just bake zucchini slices with your favorite seasoning?
