Zucchini waffles with cheese: cooking a versatile summer dish

The zucchini season is about to begin, and you can cook an incredibly large number of dishes with it. Of course, the most popular zucchini dish is pancakes. But a food blogger with the nickname yuliia_masiuk___ went a little further. On her Instagram, she suggested making zucchini waffles. And to make their taste perfect, she added cheese.
Ingredients:
- Medium zucchini - 3 pcs
- Eggs - 3 pcs
- Hard cheese - 120 gr
- Flour - 5 tbsp
- Dill
- Salt
- Pepper
- Dried garlic
- Oil
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater. Strongly squeeze out all the liquid.
2. Add the eggs, dill, grated cheese, flour, and spices and mix everything.
3. Grease a waffle iron with oil, pour in the zucchini batter, and fry until golden brown.
4. Serve with cream cheese, sour cream, or a sauce based on natural yogurt and a little garlic.
