Zucchini stew: a healthy and budget-friendly dish for every day
Vegetable stew is an ideal dish for lunch and dinner. It can be prepared by mixing any vegetables, and for a delicate flavor, just add cream, milk, hard or melted cheese.
The cook shared a recipe for a delicious, healthy, and easy-to-make zucchini stew on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- 1 zucchini
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 large tomatoes
- 1 medium carrot
- 1/2 tsp. salt, ground pepper, oregano, a few allspice peas and bay leaf
- 200 ml of 33% cream
- 100 ml of milk
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the vegetables. Fry the zucchini in a grill pan.
2. Cut the pepper into thin strips, dice the onion, and grate the carrots. Fry until golden brown.
3. Then add the zucchini and fry, stirring constantly.
4. Pour in cream, and milk, add spices, and simmer.
