Zucchini is a budget-friendly, tasty, and healthy vegetable that can be used to make pancakes, salads, pasta, drinks, as well as casseroles and pies. In addition, they are pickled and used to make healthy stews and ratatouille.

Cook Anna shared a recipe for delicious zucchini rolls with a delicious meat filling and tomato sauce on Instagram.

Cook's tip. They can be cooked in a frying pan under a lid over low heat for 35 minutes or baked at 180 C.

Ingredients:

  • zucchini - 3 pcs
  • rice - 100 g
  • minced meat - 300 g
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • onion - 1 pc
  • carrots - 1 pc

For the sauce:

  • water - 250 ml
  • tomato paste - 1.5 tbsp
  • sour cream - 1.5 tbsp
  • suneli hops - 1 tsp
  • vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
  • salt, pepper - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Boil the rice until tender.

2. Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots on a small grater, and fry everything in a little oil until golden brown.

3. Grate the garlic.

4. Mix the minced meat, garlic, boiled rice, vegetable roast, salt, and black pepper.

5. Cut the zucchini into slices.

6. Wrap the filling in each slice and place in a baking dish or large frying pan.

7. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce, add salt and pepper, mix and pour over the rolls.

Sprinkle the finished rolls with cheese immediately.
