Zucchini is one of the simplest and most delicious summer vegetables that can be used to prepare delicious and light dishes. It makes delicious appetizers, stews, salads, and caviar.

Ingredients:

  • 2 zucchini/zucchini
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tbsp. flour with a slide
  • 1 tsp. smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp. salt

Filling:

  • 200 g of cottage cheese
  • 1 processed cheese
  • 2 tbsp. sour cream
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic
  • dill, 2 medium tomatoes

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the zucchini lengthwise, salt, and leave for 10 minutes.

2. Beat the eggs and mix the flour and smoked paprika in a separate bowl.

3. Dip the zucchini in flour, then in eggs, and fry until golden on both sides. Put the fried zucchini on a plate and blot the excess oil with a napkin.

4. For the filling: mix hard-grated cheese, grated processed cheese, sour cream, herbs, and garlic.

5. Spread the cooled zucchini with 1 tsp of the filling, add the tomatoes and roll up. Leave the rolls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to keep their shape.
