If you want to prepare a delicious and easy vegetable appetizer very quickly, choose simple vegetables, cheese, spices, and yogurt. For example, zucchini, which is an ideal product for making pies, casseroles, pizza, salads, pancakes, and caviar.

Cook Olha Romanchyk shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious zucchini rolls filled with chicken and cheese, which are easy to prepare.

Ingredients:

  • zucchini (medium) - 1 pc.
  • chicken fillet - 200 g
  • hard cheese - 100 g
  • salt, pepper - to taste

Sauce:

  • cream 100 g
  • mustard seeds - 1 tbsp.
  • turmeric - 1 tsp.
  • salt, pepper - to taste
  • dried basil - to taste
  • cornstarch - 1/4 tsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Wash and cut the zucchini into slices.

2. Pound the meat.

3. Put the zucchini slices on the plastic wrap, top with the meat, salt and pepper.

4. Put the sliced cheese on the meat and roll it up.

5. Put the finished rolls on a baking sheet covered with parchment.

6. Sauce: put all the ingredients in a saucepan, except for the starch, bring to a boil and add the starch, mix and grease the rolls.

7. Put the rolls in the oven and bake for 20 minutes at 180 °C.

The dish will be delicious both hot and cold.
