Zucchini can be used to make many delicious and light dishes. Among them a special place is occupied by stews, as well as salads, pancakes, caviar and dietary pasta.

A chef shared a recipe for delicious zucchini rolls with sour cream sauce on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • zucchini - 1 pc.
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • flour
  • breadcrumbs - 1 tbsp.
  • sour cream - 2 tbsp.
  • dill
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • small tomato
  • lettuce leaves

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the zucchini into slices, roll in flour, in egg and then in breadcrumbs. Put on a baking sheet with parchment and bake at 180 C for 20 minutes. When the zucchini is cooked, leave it to cool.

2. For the sauce, mix sour cream, dill and garlic.

3. Spread the zucchini with the sauce, put a slice of tomato and herbs on top, roll up and eat!
