Zucchini roll with cream cheese and salmon: recipe for a quick appetizer
Zucchini can be used to make delicious and light pancakes, as well as snacks and caviar. They can also be the basis for casseroles, light soups, and mashed potatoes.

Ingredients:
- zucchini - 2 pcs.
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- flour - 30 g
- salt, pepper, garlic
For the filling:
- cream cheese - 150 g
- Salmon - 150 g
- Spinach
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the zucchini, squeeze out the moisture, add eggs, your favorite spices, garlic and flour, and mix.
2. Put the dough on a baking sheet with parchment. Flatten into a rectangle. The thickness should be up to 0.5 cm. Bake at 180C for 20-25 minutes. Let cool slightly.
3. Grease a part of the prepared pancake with cream cheese, put the fish, spinach, and wrap it up. You can cut right away, but it's better to let it stabilize a bit!
