1. Zucchini pizza with chicken, cheese, and tomatoes in the oven
Ingredients:
- flour – 100 g
- baking powder – 1/2 tsp
- zucchini – 1 pc
- fillet – 200 g
- eggs – 1 pc
- tomatoes – 1-2 pcs
- hard cheese – 100 g
- soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- salt, pepper – to taste
- basil – 10 g
- dill, green onions – 30 g each
- vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
Method of preparation:
- Dough: grate the zucchini on a coarse grater, add the egg, flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, chopped herbs, and mix well.
- Cut the fillet into cubes, add soy sauce, and leave to marinate for 10 minutes.
- Put the finished dough on a baking sheet covered with parchment in advance, put the fillet on top, tomatoes in rings, and put it in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 °C.
- After 20 minutes, take it out and sprinkle with grated hard cheese and basil, return to the oven for another 5-7 minutes.
2. Pan-fried zucchini pizza with tomatoes, semolina, sausage and cheese
Ingredients:
- semolina – 2 tbsp
- zucchini – 1 pc
- eggs – 2 pcs
- tomatoes – 1-2 pcs
- hard cheese – 100 g
- sausage – 100 g
- butter – 20 g
- dill, basil – 10 g each
- salt, pepper – to taste
Method of preparation:
- Wash the zucchini well, grate it on a fine grater, and be sure to squeeze out all the juice.
- Add semolina and salt, leave it for 5-7 minutes to swell.
- Add 2 eggs and mix well.
- Grease a frying pan with butter, put the dough in, cover, and fry over low heat for 5 minutes.
- Then turn the pizza over to the other side and put the sliced sausage, tomatoes, sprinkle with cheese, cover for 2-3 minutes.
The finished dish can be eaten with various sauces, fresh and baked vegetables.
