  • baking powder – 1/2 tsp
  • zucchini – 1 pc
  • fillet – 200 g
  • eggs – 1 pc
  • tomatoes – 1-2 pcs
  • hard cheese – 100 g
  • soy sauce – 2 tbsp
  • salt, pepper – to taste
  • basil – 10 g
  • dill, green onions – 30 g each
  • vegetable oil – 2 tbsp

Method of preparation:

  1. Dough: grate the zucchini on a coarse grater, add the egg, flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, chopped herbs, and mix well.
  2. Cut the fillet into cubes, add soy sauce, and leave to marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. Put the finished dough on a baking sheet covered with parchment in advance, put the fillet on top, tomatoes in rings, and put it in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 °C.
  4. After 20 minutes, take it out and sprinkle with grated hard cheese and basil, return to the oven for another 5-7 minutes.

  • semolina – 2 tbsp
  • zucchini – 1 pc
  • eggs – 2 pcs
  • tomatoes – 1-2 pcs
  • hard cheese – 100 g
  • sausage – 100 g
  • butter – 20 g
  • dill, basil – 10 g each
  • salt, pepper – to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Wash the zucchini well, grate it on a fine grater, and be sure to squeeze out all the juice.
  2. Add semolina and salt, leave it for 5-7 minutes to swell.
  3. Add 2 eggs and mix well.
  4. Grease a frying pan with butter, put the dough in, cover, and fry over low heat for 5 minutes.
  5. Then turn the pizza over to the other side and put the sliced sausage, tomatoes, sprinkle with cheese, cover for 2-3 minutes.
