Zucchini pizza in a skillet in 10 minutes
Zucchini is a versatile vegetable that can be used to make many delicious and, most importantly, absolutely simple dishes. You can also preserve them deliciously for the winter in the form of lecho, and make a paste.
The FoodOboz editorial team shares a recipe for a delicious, and most importantly, dietary zucchini pizza that you can easily cook in a pan in 10 minutes.
Ingredients:
- Zucchini - 1 pc.
- Tomatoes - 2 pcs.
- Eggs - 1-2 pcs.
- Rice flour - 3 tbsp.
- Salt - 1/2 tsp.
- Tomato juice - 50 ml
- Dor Blue cheese - 40 g
- Chicken fillet - 100 g
- Vegetable oil - 1-2 tbsp.
- Basil, herbs to your taste - 20 g
Method of preparation:
- Wash the zucchini, you can grate it or just grind it in a blender, put it in a separate bowl, add eggs, salt, pepper, and rice flour, and mix thoroughly.
- Boil the fillet, and cut it into medium slices.
- Cut the tomatoes into rings.
- Pour vegetable oil into a well-heated frying pan, put the zucchini, and pour tomato juice over it to "grab" the dough.
- Turn it over and do the same on the other side.
- Put the tomatoes, fillet, and cheese on the pancake and leave for another 1-2 minutes.
Sprinkle with chopped herbs before serving.
