Zucchini pies with a delicious filling: recipe for a hearty and interesting dish
Zucchini is a very budget-friendly yet tasty vegetable that can be used to make delicious, interesting and satisfying dishes, ranging from pancakes to salads to pasta. Zucchini is also stuffed, baked, made into cavier, as well as pickled for the winter.

Ingredients:
- zucchini - 2 pcs.
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- flour - 90
- salt - to taste
For the filling:
- hard cheese - 60
- sausages or sausage - 40 g
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the zucchini. Be sure to squeeze the juice out of them. Add salt and eggs and mix.
2. Add flour and mix.
3. For the filling, grate the sausages and cheese.
4. Put a thin layer of dough on a hot frying pan, fry a little on one side, and turn it over.
5. Spread the filling on one half of the pancake, cover with the other half and fry on both sides for 2 minutes over low heat.
