How to choose zucchini

Ingredients:

  • Puff pastry - 250 g
  • Zucchini - 1 pc.
  • Ham - 100 g
  • Hard cheese - 100 g
  • Sour cream 20% - 300 g
  • Milk - 100 g
  • Chicken egg - 1-2 pcs.
  • Salt and pepper - to taste to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. First of all, you need to defrost the dough, put it in a casserole dish, and sprinkle it with a little flour. "Walk" with a fork over the surface with a fork.
  2. Cut the ham and zucchini into medium cubes, season with salt and pepper, and put them on the dough.
  3. Filling: beat the eggs with milk, add sour cream, grated cheese, and a pinch of salt, mix thoroughly, and pour over the zucchini and ham.
  4. Put in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 170-180 C.

Ingredients:

  • Zucchini - 800 g
  • Minced meat - 200 g
  • Hard cheese - 100 g
  • Egg - 1 pc.
  • Onion - 1 pc.
  • Flour - 150-200 g
  • Baking powder - 1 tsp.
  • Breadcrumbs - 2 tbsp.
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Herbs of any kind - to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Wash and peel the zucchini if it is hard.
  2. Then grate them on a coarse grater, add the sifted flour, egg, salt, and baking powder, and mix thoroughly.
  3. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and add it to the dough, mix, and put it in a mold sprinkled with breadcrumbs.
  4. Add chopped onion, salt, pepper, and herbs to the minced meat and mix thoroughly. With wet hands, form meatballs and put them into the dough.
  5. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top and put in the oven for 30-45 minutes at 180 C.

It is better to eat the dish hot with a vegetable salad.
