Ingredients for pancakes

Ingredients:

  • Zucchini - 300 g.
  • Ground oatmeal - 4 tbsp.
  • Garlic - 2 cloves.
  • Ham from chicken or turkey meat - 70 g
  • Light cottage cheese - 100 g
  • Eggs - 3 pcs.
  • Vegetable oil - 1-2 tbsp.
  • Salt, pepper - to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Wash the zucchini, you can peel off the skin if the zucchini is not young, grate it on a coarse grater together with ham and cheese.
  2. Chop the garlic and add it along with the egg, mix thoroughly.
  3. Grind the oatmeal in a blender to flour, add it to the zucchini, and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Heat a frying pan well, add a little oil, and spoon out the pancakes.
  5. Fry for about 2 minutes on each side to melt the cheese well.
Better served hot

It is best served hot with fresh vegetables and sour cream.
