Zucchini pancakes with cheese and ham – the perfect dinner option

Ingredients:
- Zucchini - 300 g.
- Ground oatmeal - 4 tbsp.
- Garlic - 2 cloves.
- Ham from chicken or turkey meat - 70 g
- Light cottage cheese - 100 g
- Eggs - 3 pcs.
- Vegetable oil - 1-2 tbsp.
- Salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
- Wash the zucchini, you can peel off the skin if the zucchini is not young, grate it on a coarse grater together with ham and cheese.
- Chop the garlic and add it along with the egg, mix thoroughly.
- Grind the oatmeal in a blender to flour, add it to the zucchini, and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat a frying pan well, add a little oil, and spoon out the pancakes.
- Fry for about 2 minutes on each side to melt the cheese well.
It is best served hot with fresh vegetables and sour cream.
