Zucchini pancakes are a very budget-friendly and quick dish. They are delicious served with sour cream or tomato and mayonnaise. Add grated cheese to make the dish more filling.
The idea of cooking zucchini pancakes with cheese was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Julia Simonchuk (cook julija simonchuk). You can fry them either in a dry frying pan or in vegetable oil.
Ingredients:
- zucchini - 600 g
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- hard cheese - 150 g
- flour - 3-5 tbsp
- salt, pepper, granulated garlic - to taste
- sour cream for serving
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the zucchini, season.
2. Stir and set aside for a few minutes.
3. Squeeze out the excess liquid.
4. Add eggs, grate cheese, flour.
5. Mix well.
6. Fry in a dry frying pan or in vegetable oil.
7. Serve with sour cream, if desired, you can add garlic to the sour cream.
