Zucchini pancakes in a new way: we tell you what to add for a bright taste
Zucchini can be used to make many delicious and light dishes, such as zucchini caviar, pancakes, soup, and casseroles.
The cook shared a recipe for delicious zucchini pancakes with dried garlic and flour on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- 1 zucchini (300-350 g.)
- 1 egg
- salt
- black pepper
- dried/fresh garlic
- 3-4 tbsp. flour
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater, add the egg, salt, pepper, and garlic and mix well.
2. Add the flour and knead the dough into a smooth dough.
Fry the pancakes on both sides and serve with sour cream!
