Ingredients:
- 1 zucchini (300-350 g.)
- 1 egg
- salt
- black pepper
- dried/fresh garlic
- 3-4 tbsp. flour
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater, add the egg, salt, pepper, and garlic and mix well.
