Zucchini pancakes for a snack: cooked for 10 minutes
Zucchini pancakes are an ideal dish for both breakfast and snacks. Add garlic to the base to give them a bright flavor.
The cook shared a recipe for zucchini pancakes on Instagram, which are very quick and easy to prepare.
Ingredients:
- 2 medium zucchini
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbsp of flour
- spices to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater, add a little salt, and leave for 10 minutes to let the juice flow.
2. Beat the eggs with a fork.
3. Squeeze the juice from the zucchini with your hands and add the eggs. Mix, add flour and spices to taste, and mix again.
4. Add vegetable oil to a preheated frying pan and put a tablespoon of dough, fry over medium heat until cooked on both sides.
