Zucchini pancakes: a recipe for a light snack dish

Zucchini pancakes are the best dish for a light dinner and snack. To prevent them from falling apart, be sure to squeeze the juice out of the zucchini.

The cook shared a recipe for delicious zucchini pancakes that take 10 minutes to cook on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • 1 zucchini (300-350 g.)
  • 1 egg
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • dried/fresh garlic
  • 3-4 tbsp of flour

Method of preparation:

1. Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater, add the egg, salt, pepper, and garlic, then mix well. Pour in the flour and knead a smooth dough.

2. Fry the pancakes in a well-heated frying pan over low heat, covered, until golden brown on both sides.

Serve with sour cream, it will be delicious!
