The secret to the dish: add barbecue seasoning to the zucchini, which will give the dish an original flavor!
Ingredients:
- zucchini - 2 kg
- onions - 2-3 pcs.
- garlic - 1 head
- seasonings for barbecue - 30 g
- sugar - 1 tbsp
- salt - 1 tbsp
- bite - 50 ml
- black pepper - 1 tsp.
- sunflower oil - 50 ml
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the zucchini, cut into slices and fry on both sides until golden brown.
2. Cut the onion into half rings, chop the garlic and add to the zucchini. Add salt, sugar, vinegar, black pepper, barbecue seasoning and mix well. Cover with a plate and put any kind of press on top and leave in the refrigerator overnight so that all the ingredients marinate well.
3. You can eat the zucchini, or you can put it in jars and preserve it.
