Zucchini can be used to make very tasty fritters, soup, salad, and pasta. They can also be stewed, made into spreads, caviar, ajika and canned with vegetables.

The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for a very tasty and easy salad of zucchini, carrots and a delicious sauce.

Ingredients:

  • Zucchini - 1 pc.
  • Carrots - 1 pc.
  • Garlic - 1 tooth.
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
  • Soy sauce - 2.5 tbsp.
  • Rice vinegar - 1 tbsp (or 1/2 tbsp regular vinegar);
  • Chili pepper, sesame, salt

Method of preparation:

1. Wash vegetables, grate.

2. Press or grate the garlic through a press.

3. Mix everything for the dressing, pour over the vegetables and mix the salad. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving!
