Zucchini chebureks in a hurry: 3 variants of an unusual dish

The FoodOboz editorial team shares 3 recipes for unusual pasties with various delicious fillings that are very easy to prepare.
1. Zucchini pasties with minced meat
Ingredients:
- zucchini - 2 pcs.
- milk - 50 g
- egg - 1 pc.
- flour - 100 g
- salt - 1/2 tsp.
- green onions - a small bunch
- oil - 3-4 tbsp.
Filling:
- minced beef - 250 g
- water - 50 g
- salt, black pepper - to taste
- green onions - 1 bunch
Method of preparation:
- Wash and grate the zucchini on a coarse grater, add salt, egg, milk, sifted flour, chopped green onions and mix thoroughly until it becomes liquid sour cream.
- For the filling: chop the onion, add it to the minced meat, season with salt and pepper, add water and mix well by hand.
- Heat a frying pan well, grease it with vegetable oil and pour in the dough. When it sets, put a little minced meat on top with a spatula and cover with the second part of the pancake.
- Fry on both sides for 2-3 minutes.
2. Chebureks with cheese
Ingredients:
- zucchini - 3 pcs.
- flour - 150 g
- milk - 50 g
- egg - 1 pc.
- oil - 50 ml
- salt, pepper - to taste
The filling:
- hard cheese - 100 g
- any salty cheese - 100 g
- garlic - 2-3 cloves.
- any greens - to taste
Method of preparation:
- Wash and grate the zucchini on a coarse grater, add the egg, milk, salt, pepper and sifted flour, mix until it becomes liquid sour cream.
- Filling: grate the cheese and garlic, chop the herbs, mix, season with salt and pepper and stir.
- Heat the frying pan well, pour the batter, when it sets, put the filling and cover with the second part of the pancake, fry until golden brown on both sides.
3. Zucchini chebureks with cheese and ham
Ingredients:
- zucchini - 1-2 pcs.
- chicken egg - 1 pc.
- garlic - 1 clove.
- flour - 110 g
- salt, pepper - to taste
- oil - 3-4 tbsp.
The filling:
- cheese - 40 g
- ham - 100 g
Method of preparation:
- Grate the zucchini, add the egg, chopped garlic, flour, salt, pepper and mix everything.
- Filling: Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, cut the ham into small cubes, and mix.
- Put the dough in the pan, top with the filling and be sure to cover with the second part of the pancake.
The dish is best eaten when it's hot, with sour cream sauce.
