Zucchini caviar in half an hour that even children will eat: the easiest recipe
Zucchini caviar is very often ignored by children because of its color and consistency. However, in fact it is a source of a huge amount of vitamins and unsurpassed flavor.
Nutritionist and expert on children's nutrition Victoria Stelmakh shared how to prepare this dish so that even children can eat it exclusively with FoodOboz. It will require the simplest products.
Ingredients:
- zucchini - 300-400 g
- carrots - 1 medium
- onion - 1 medium
- sunflower oil for frying
- 2-3 cloves of grated garlic
- parsley
- black pepper
- other spices to taste.
Preparation method:
1. Grate the zucchini and carrots on a coarse grater. Finely dice the onion.
2. Add sunflower oil to the pan, put the carrots, onions, and then zucchini. Stir well. Cover with a lid, stewing for 20-30 minutes. Stir periodically.
3. Add 2-3 cloves of grated garlic, parsley, black pepper or spices to taste at the end.
4. Stir well and leave for another 5-10 minutes.
