Zucchini caviar is an ideal appetizer that can be eaten right away or canned for the winter. For a beautiful, rich color, you can add carrots and tomatoes to the caviar when cooking.

The cook shared a recipe for delicious zucchini caviar with garlic, tomato sauce, and vinegar on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • zucchini – 1 pc
  • carrot – 1 pc
  • onion – 1 pc
  • garlic – 2 cloves
  • tomato sauce – 2 tbsp
  • sugar – 1 tsp
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • vinegar – 1 tsp

Method of preparation:

1. Fry the onions and carrots, add the tomato sauce, and mix.

2. Add the finely chopped zucchini, garlic, and spices, stir, and simmer under the lid for up to 30 minutes.

3. Put the cooked zucchini in a deep bowl, blend, and add the vinegar.
