A cook shared a recipe for a delicious and healthy zucchini casserole with hard cheese and tomatoes on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • zucchini - 1 pc.
  • tomato - 2 pcs.
  • red pepper - 1 pc.
  • green onion
  • spices
  • hard cheese - 200 g

Method of preparation:

1. For the dressing, mix 1 egg, 1 tbsp milk, and 2 tbsp sour cream.

2. Wash the zucchini and cut into thin rings. Cut the tomatoes and peppers into slices.

3. Put the zucchini, tomato, zucchini, and pepper in the mold, alternating, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with herbs and pour the dressing over.

4. Sprinkle generously with grated cheese and bake at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
