On Instagram, a food blogger with the nickname kathycoooks told us how to make a zucchini cake in 20 minutes. She also showed which filling, in her opinion, is best suited.
Ingredients
- zucchini - 1 piece
- egg - 1 pc
- flour - 3-4 tbsp
- salt
- pepper
- dried garlic
- ham - 100 gr
- cream cheese - 100 gr
- avocado - ½ pc
- greens
Method of preparation
1. Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater.
2. Add the egg, spices and flour and mix thoroughly.
3. Fry the zucchini pancakes on both sides until golden brown under the lid. The amount of ingredients should make 4 pieces. Let them cool completely.
4. Grease each pancake with cream cheese and top with ham.
5. Form the cake. Put avocado and microgreen leaves on top.
