The cook shared a recipe for a delicious appetizer made from zucchini, tomatoes, and cheese on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • zucchini
  • tomato
  • strachetella
  • pesto sauce
  • balsamic cream

Method of preparation:

1. Cut and fry zucchini. Put them on a dish with tomato and cheese.

2. Top with pesto sauce, diluted olive oil and balsamic cream.

Serve with dried bread!
