Cutlets from zucchini

Zucchini is a vegetable that can be used to make many delicious, light, hearty, and unusual dishes. They can also be pickled, canned, and made into delicious salads.

Cook Victoria shared a recipe for delicious zucchini cutlets cooked in the oven on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • zucchini - 2 pcs.
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • potatoes - 2 pcs.
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • flour or semolina - 2 tbsp.
  • garlic - 2 cloves.
  • greens - 10 g
  • salt, pepper - to taste

For the sauce:

  • sour cream - 60 g
  • mayonnaise - 60 g
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • dill - 10 g

Method of preparation:

1. Grate carrots, potatoes, and zucchini separately.

2. Season the zucchini with salt and leave for 10 minutes, then squeeze the liquid out of the zucchini and potatoes well.

3. Combine everything in one bowl, add salt and pepper, and mix.

4. Shape the cutlets with your hands and fry until golden brown.

5. Put them on a baking sheet and cook in the oven for another 10-12 minutes at 180 C.

6. Sauce: mix all ingredients.
