Zucchini and minced meat lasagna: a recipe for a light dish

Zucchini can be used to make not only pancakes, pancakes, salads, but also snacks and lasagna. They can also be canned, stewed, and made into pasta.
The cook shared a recipe for a delicious zucchini lasagna with minced meat and hard cheese on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- 2 onions (200-250g)
- 15-20 g of butter
- 400 g of tomatoes (or tomatoes in their juice)
- salt, pepper, smoked paprika
- 220 g of cheese (preferably mozzarella + hard cheese)
- 500-600 g of minced meat (chicken or veal)
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 750 g of zucchini
Method of preparation:
1. Chop the onion and garlic, and fry in vegetable oil for 3 minutes. Add minced meat, and spices – salt, pepper, smoked paprika. Stir and fry for another 7 minutes.
2. Add either tomatoes in their own juice or juicy tomatoes mashed into a paste. Mix everything and simmer for another 7 minutes.
3. Grate the cheese, and thinly slice the zucchini.
4. Put a layer of zucchini in a baking dish, lightly salted, then a layer of meat, cheese, a layer of zucchini. Then zucchini, meat, and cheese again.
5. Bake in the oven for 45 minutes at 180 C.
