"Zebra" pie without baking: how to make a delicious dessert in a new way
The best treat for tea is homemade pies without baking, the base for which can be made from cookies and the cream from sour cream. Berries and citrus zest can be added to the dessert to offset the sweet taste.

Cook Anna shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious "Zebra" pie that doesn't need to be baked because it's based on cookies.

Ingredients:
- chocolate biscuits – 250 g
- butter – 125 g
- sour cream – 500 g
- condensed milk – 300 ml
- cream – 250 ml
- cocoa – 40 g
- gelatin – 25 g
- milk – 100 ml
Method of preparation:
1. Crush the biscuits into crumbs, combine with the melted butter, and put in an even layer in a baking dish with parchment. Put in the refrigerator.

2. Pour gelatin with cold milk and leave to swell. Combine the sour cream with the condensed milk.

3. Whip the very cold cream separately until soft peaks form.

4. Melt the gelatin in a water bath or in a microwave oven, add to the sour cream with condensed milk, mix and add whipped cream, mix, and divide the mass into two parts. Add cocoa to one part and mix.

5. Pour part of the cocoa mixture, part of the sour cream mixture onto the cooled cake, and so on until the end. The mass hardens quickly, so you need to do everything very quickly. Make a pattern with a skewer or fork. Put in the refrigerator, then remove the mold, cut the cake, and serve.
