Young potatoes are one of the most delicious and healthy spring vegetables. It can be prepared in different ways: baked with garlic and herbs, boiled, fried, made into delicious casseroles and gratin.
Cook Svetlana (svetka_recipes) shared on Instagram a recipe for very tasty young potatoes with a crispy crust in sour cream and garlic sauce.
Ingredients:
- Small potatoes - 1 kg
- Vegetable oil
- Butter
- Salt, pepper
- Rosemary
- Garlic
Sauce:
- Sour cream + garlic + herbs + salt
Method of preparation:
1. Boil young potatoes in salted water until tender.
2. Drain and fry in a mixture of vegetable and butter oils.
3. After the crust appears, salt the potatoes well, add rosemary, spices, chopped garlic and fry for a few more minutes to combine all the flavors.
4. Serve potatoes hot at once with sour cream sauce.
