Ingredients
- Young cabbage - 200-250 g
- Canned peas - 1 b
- Dill, parsley, green onions - 1 bunch
- Cucumber - 2-3 pieces
Ingredients for the dressing
- Salt - 1/3 tsp
- Mustard - ½ tsp
- Sour cream - 4 tbsp
- Pepper - ¼ tsp
- Garlic - 1 clove
Method of preparation.
1. Cut the cabbage into thin strips, put it in a deep bowl, convenient for mixing.
2. Chop the greens and add them to the cabbage, along with the canned peas and chopped cucumbers.
3. To make the dressing, add grated garlic, medium-hot mustard, salt, ground black pepper to the sour cream and mix well.
4. Add the dressing to the vegetables, mix and serve.
