The simplest and most delicious liver dish is pancakes. You need to prepare a very simple dough for these products. It will not be bitter and will fry very quickly. You can serve them with any side dish or just with bread on sandwiches.

The idea of making delicious liver pancakes with carrots was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Kateryna Movchan. Don't forget to add baking powder to the dough.

Ingredients:

  • chicken liver - 1 kg.
  • carrots - 300 g (2 medium)
  • flour - 100 g
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • baking powder - 5 g
  • parsley - 5-6 sprigs (finely chop)
  • salt and ground pepper - to taste
  • vegetable oil for frying

Method of preparation:

1. Peel the liver from the films and fat.

2. Wash and peel the carrots.

3. Twist them in a meat grinder (through a medium or coarse mesh).

4. Add the eggs, herbs, salt and pepper, baking powder, and flour to the twisted liver and carrots.

5. Mix everything well until the ingredients are completely combined.

6. Heat a frying pan and add a little oil.

7. Put liver pancakes (1 tbsp) on a preheated frying pan.

8. Fry on both sides until a beautiful golden color. Fry the whole mass in this way.
