- potatoes - 1 kg
- pork - 500 g
- bell pepper - 1 pc.
- onion - 1 pc.
- spices: salt, pepper, paprika
- sour cream - 5 tbsp
- mayonnaise - 4 tbsp
- water - 400 ml
- hard cheese - 100 g

1. Peel and dice potatoes.
2. Add meat, onion, bell pepper, spices, mayonnaise, and sour cream.

3. Mix everything well.
4. Put into a mold covered with parchment paper.

5. Fill with cold water.
6. Cover with foil and put in the oven at 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes.

7. Take out the cooked potatoes and add hard cheese.
8. Put in the oven for a few more minutes.
