You haven't salted red fish like this before: a recipe that requires cognac

Salted red fish is the perfect sandwich ingredient for any occasion. And if you use the following technology, you can use the finished product in 24 hours. The special ingredient to add is cognac.
The idea of cooking salted red fish with cognac was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Inna Kalancha (inna_kalancha). Everything is very elementary.
Ingredients:
- salt – 2 tbsp.
- sugar – 1 tbsp.
- cognac – 1 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Pour salt into the bowl.
2. Add sugar.
3. Pour in the cognac.
4. Mix everything thoroughly.
5. Put the mixture on the fish.
6. Rub well all over the piece.
7. Put it in the refrigerator for 24 hours or in a vacuum dish for 12 hours.
