You haven't cooked chicken like this before: how to make diet meat juicy for lunch
An ordinary lemon will help make dry chicken juicy. Make a flavorful sauce from the citrus and cook the meat in it. The texture will be very soft and tender. It is ideal to serve for lunch with your favorite cereal and a fresh salad.
The idea of cooking lemon chicken for lunch was published on the Instagram page of chef Olha Riabenko (olga riabenko). The sauce combines many different flavors.
Ingredients:
- chicken thigh - 6-8 pcs.
- salt
- lemon pepper - 2 tsp.
- butter - 40 g.
Preparation for the sauce:
- chicken broth - 400 ml.
- cream 33% - 3 tbsp.
- honey or syrup - 1 tbsp.
- brown sugar - ½ tsp.
- mustard - ½ tbsp.
- dried parsley - 1 tsp.
- oregano - 1 tsp.
Ingredients for the main sauce:
- dry white wine - 250 ml.
- butter - 30 g
- garlic - 3 cloves
- flour - 2 tbsp
- Parmesan cheese - 60 g
- juice of half a lemon
- lemon - 0.5 pcs;
- parsley
Method of preparation:
1. Rub the meat with salt and lemon pepper.
2. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes to an hour.
3. Add cream and all the spices for the preparation to the bowl with the broth.
4. Fry the chicken in oil until golden brown and set aside.
5. Pour the wine into the frying pan.
6. Add butter and garlic and cook for 10-15 minutes.
7. Add the flour and stir in the sauce mixture, stirring constantly.
8. Squeeze the lemon juice and add the Parmesan cheese.
9. Return the meat to the sauce and cook for another 15 minutes.
10. Cut the lemon into slices and place them with the meat.
11. Serve with parsley.
