You don't even have to preheat the oven to make a delicious tea pie. All you need is an ordinary frying pan. It will fry the dough very quickly.
The idea of making a sweet tea pie in a frying pan is published on the Instagram page of the cook Olha Ryabenko (olga riabenko). Plums are perfect for the filling.
Ingredients:
- plums - 200-300 g (or other berries or fruits)
- butter
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- salt - a pinch
- sugar - 100 g
- butter - 50 g
- vanilla sugar or concentrate - 10 g
- lemon zest - 1/2 pc.
- milk - 150 g
- flour - 220 g
- baking powder - 6 g
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the plums in half and pit them.
2. Grease the bottom and sides of the frying pan with oil.
3. Put the plums in the skillet.
4. Combine all the ingredients for the dough and mix until smooth.
5. Pour in the plums
6. Put the pan on the fire and cover with a lid.
7. Bake for 20 minutes on low heat.
8. Cover with parchment and a board and turn over.
9. Bake for another 15-20 minutes.
