Almost everyone loves salted tomatoes. It is best to cook them with dill, garlic, spices, and sparkling water, thanks to which the tomatoes can be eaten in 2 days.
The cook shared a recipe for delicious lightly salted tomatoes with dill, garlic, and sparkling water on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- small tomatoes – 1 kg
- dill
- garlic – 2 heads
- sparkling water – 2 liters
- salt – 6 tbsp
- sugar – 2 tbsp
Method of preparation:
1. Rinse the tomatoes and pierce them with a fork.
2. Put dill, garlic, and some of the tomatoes in the bottom of the jar. Repeat until the jar is full.
3. Add 3 tbsp of salt and sugar to 1 liter of water. Pour in the sparkling water.
4. Close the lid and refrigerate or leave in the room for 2 days.
