A cook shared a recipe for delicious and non-greasy chebureks made with pita bread on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- 400 g of minced chicken
- 1 egg
- 70 ml of water
- 1/2 medium onion
- herbs, salt, pepper
- 200 g of hard cheese
- pita bread
- 1 egg to grease the sides
Method of preparation:
1. Mix minced meat with onion, egg, spices and grated hard cheese.
2. Grease the pita bread and roll it in half.
3. Beat the eggs with salt, dip the pita bread in them and fry on both sides until golden brown.
