Without rice: easy and delicious zucchini rolls for dinner

Zucchini can be used to make many delicious and light dishes, including salads, sautéed vegetables, moussaka, as well as casseroles, caviar, and sauces. They can also be deliciously preserved.

The cook shared a recipe for delicious, easy-to-prepare lazy zucchini rolls on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • zucchini (2-3 small ones)
  • minced meat (chicken approximately 350g)
  • carrot and onion fry (1/2 small carrot and 0.5 onion)
  • rice 3 tbsp.
  • tomato paste or tomatoes that need to be slightly diluted with water
  • salt and pepper, favorite spices

Method of preparation:

1. Fry the vegetables, add to the minced meat, add spices, then mix with raw rice.

2. Cut the zucchini into slices with a vegetable peeler and form the rolls: put the minced meat on the zucchini, wrap it up.

3. Put the stuffed rolls in a baking dish, pour the tomato sauce (season it) and bake at 180 C for about 40 minutes.

Ready stuffed rolls will be delicious hot and cold!
