Feeding children soup is not an easy task. Most of all, kids do not like excess fat and onions in this dish. But this can be easily fixed by making the dish more appetizing.

The idea of cooking chicken soup for children was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Karina Kolisnichenko (blw.babies). It contains a lot of vegetables, so it will be very nutritious.

Ingredients:

  • chicken drumsticks - 4 pcs.
  • half a whole head of broccoli
  • half a whole head of cauliflower
  • green frozen peas - 1 cup
  • natural spices
  • medium-sized potatoes - 4 pcs.
  • optionally, you can add canned corn without sugar, as well as grated carrots

Method of preparation:

1. Pour water over the chicken drumsticks and put them on fire. Wait for them to boil.

2. Disassemble the cauliflower and broccoli into small florets.

3. Cut the potatoes into small cubes.

4. When the chicken comes to a boil, drain off the water, rinse under running water and cover with new water.

5. Put on fire again.

6. Immediately add the potatoes. After the water boils again, cook for another 10 minutes.

7. Add the remaining vegetables (peas, broccoli, and cauliflower) and spices to taste.

8. At this stage, you can add salt and grated carrots.

9. Stir and cook for another 10 minutes.

10. Optionally, you can add canned corn without sugar before serving.
