Ingredients:

  • flour - 350-450 g
  • sour cream - 180 g
  • butter - 200 g
  • thick jam or other filling
  • powdered sugar for sprinkling

1. Add sour cream to the room temperature butter, stir and gradually knead the dough, adding flour. It should not be sticky.

2. You can adjust the amount of flour yourself.

3. Wrap the dough in cling film and refrigerate for 2-3 hours, preferably overnight.

4. Take out, divide into 3 parts.

5. Roll out each of the bottoms into a round layer, cut into strips.

6. Add the filling.

7. Wrap in a bagel and bake on a baking sheet with parchment in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

8. When the bagels have cooled, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
