Ingredients:
- cabbage - 1 pc.
- carrots - 1 pc.
- garlic - 3 cloves.
- water - 500 ml
- vinegar - 50 ml
- sugar - 100 g
Method of preparation:
1. Bring the water to a boil, add salt, and steam the cabbage.
2. Grate the carrots, chop the garlic, fry until golden brown.
3. Marinade: add vinegar, salt and spices to the water, bring to a boil and simmer for about 2 minutes over low heat.
4. Form the stuffed cabbage rolls: wrap the roast in a cooled cabbage leaf. Transfer to a suitable dish, pour the marinade and leave for 25 minutes. After that, you can serve the delicious dish.
