Pita bread appetizers are the easiest thing to prepare for a festive table or for every day. For the filling, you can use meat, fish, seafood, cheese, herbs, eggs.
Cook Daria shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious pita bread appetizer with crab sticks, eggs, and cream cheese.
Ingredients:
- pita bread - 1 pc.
- crab sticks - 200 g
- processed cheese - 2 pcs.
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- dill - 1 bunch
- garlic - 2 cloves
- cream cheese - 3 tbsp.
- sour cream - 2 tbsp
- salt - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Mix cream cheese and sour cream.
2. Finely chop the greens, add the garlic and salt, and mix.
3. Grate the processed cheeses on a fine grater, add to the sauce, mix.
4. Boil the eggs and grate them on a fine grater. Grate the crab sticks on a fine grater.
5. Spread the pita bread sheet with the sauce, sprinkle with boiled eggs, then crab sticks, and roll it up tightly. Place the roll in cling film and refrigerate for 3-4 hours, preferably overnight.
