Spring and summer are the perfect season for making light, healthy, and delicious vegetable salads. The best way to dress them is with oil, sour cream or yogurt.

The chef shared a recipe on Instagram for a delicious, flavorful, and easy-to-prepare vegetable salad with an original dressing.

Ingredients:

  • Tomatoes – 3 pcs.
  • Cucumber – 1 pc.
  • Red onion – 1/2 pc.
  • Green onions, basil, cilantro or parsley
  • Hot pepper – 1/2 pc.

Dressing:

  • Walnuts – 3 tbsp.
  • Cherry tomatoes – 4 pcs. (or one large tomato)
  • Garlic – 1 clove.
  • Coriander 1/3 tsp
  • Salt – to taste
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the vegetables into large pieces, choose cilantro or parsley depending on your taste.

2. For the dressing: add the ingredients to the blender bowl and blend until smooth.

3. Combine the dressing with the vegetables and mix well.
