Without mayonnaise: a delicious salad of Chinese cabbage and fillet for a festive table in 15 minutes
A salad that is ideal for a festive table and for every day is a Chinese cabbage salad. It is better to dress it with yogurt rather than mayonnaise and add chicken to make it hearty.
Cook Olena shared a recipe on Instagram for a delicious, light Chinese cabbage salad with cucumbers, eggs, and fillet.
Ingredients:
- Corn - 300 g
- Cucumber - 1 pc.
- Chinese cabbage - 300 g
- Eggs - 4 pcs.
- Greek yogurt - 3 tbsp. l
- Dijon mustard - 1 tsp.
- Mustard - 0.5 tsp.
- Pepper, salt - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the fillet and eggs.
2. Dice the fillet, cucumber and eggs. Cut the cabbage into strips.
3. Sauce: mix Greek yogurt, mustard and Dijon mustard, salt and pepper and mix until smooth.
4. Mix all the ingredients and add the sauce, stir and serve.
