Without herring, mayonnaise and beets: healthy "Shuba" in a new way
A hearty, tasty, easy-to-prepare salad called Shuba, whose main ingredients are beets, herring, and mayonnaise. But this salad can also be prepared in a new way by removing the potatoes, replacing the herring with another fish, and replacing the mayonnaise with light yogurt.

Ingredients:
- salmon - 100-150 g
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- cheese - 100 g
- avocado - 1 pc.
- onion - 1/2 pc.
- carrot - 1 pc.
- lemon - 1/2 pc.
- yogurt or homemade mayonnaise
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the salmon into cubes.
2. Dice the avocado and drizzle with lemon juice.
3. Boil the eggs and carrots, grate them.
4. Finely chop the onion, pour boiling water over it to give off its bitterness.
5. Assemble the salad: carrots, sauce, grated protein, sauce, cheese, fish, sauce, grated egg yolk, sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese on top!
