Homemade bread is one of the safest and tastiest products that can be made from different types of flour, as well as without it. It is worth noting that it can also be made dietary, gluten-free, and lactose-free.

Ingredients:
- lentils - 2 cups
- baking powder - 2 packs
- eggs - 4 pcs.
- natural yogurt - 1 cup
- olive oil - 2/3 cup
- Salt - 1 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Soak the lentils overnight in water.
2. The next day, drain the water, rinse the lentils well, and place them in a food processor or blender, grind until smooth.
3. Put the prepared mixture in a bowl, add eggs, yogurt, salt, and olive oil and mix everything.
4. Then add the baking powder to the dough and mix well again.
5. Grease a baking dish with olive oil and pour in the dough.
6. Bake the bread for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
The bread will turn out a beautiful golden color, and it will also be very tasty and flavorful!
