Ingredients:

  • Pork – 1 kg
  • Chicken fillet – 500 g
  • Onion – 2 pcs
  • White stale bread – 150 g
  • Milk – 1 glass
  • Spices for meat – 2 tbsp
  • Smoked paprika – 1 tsp
  • Provencal herbs – a pinch
  • Salt – 1.5 tbsp

Method of preparation:

1. Pass the pork, chicken, and onion through a meat grinder.
