Ingredients:
- Pork – 1 kg
- Chicken fillet – 500 g
- Onion – 2 pcs
- White stale bread – 150 g
- Milk – 1 glass
- Spices for meat – 2 tbsp
- Smoked paprika – 1 tsp
- Provencal herbs – a pinch
- Salt – 1.5 tbsp
Method of preparation:
1. Pass the pork, chicken, and onion through a meat grinder.
2. Pour milk over the bread, squeeze it out, and add to the meat.
3. Add seasonings and salt, mix, and form patties with your hands.
4. Fry in preheated vegetable oil over medium heat, periodically covering with a lid so that the cutlets are well cooked inside. About 5 minutes on each side.
5. Sprinkle the cutlets with Provencal herbs on top.
