Without eggs and milk: how to make thin and elastic pancakes
Thin, delicate, soft, and elastic – that's what perfectly cooked pancakes are. To make them, you don't need to use eggs and milk. Mineral water is quite suitable as a base. By the way, mineral water pancakes can be eaten even during Lent.

Ingredients:
- highly carbonated water – 500 ml
- vegetable oil – 50 ml
- salt – 0.5 tsp
- sugar – 2 tsp
- flour – 250-280 g
Method of preparation:
1. Dissolve salt and sugar in water. Stir.
2. Gradually add flour, kneading the dough.
3. Add the oil. Mix and leave for 10-15 minutes.
4. Heat a frying pan and fry the pancakes.
