Recipe for thin pancakes with mineral water

Ingredients:

  • highly carbonated water – 500 ml
  • vegetable oil – 50 ml
  • salt – 0.5 tsp
  • sugar – 2 tsp
  • flour – 250-280 g

1. Dissolve salt and sugar in water. Stir.

2. Gradually add flour, kneading the dough.

3. Add the oil. Mix and leave for 10-15 minutes.
