Without eggs and gelatin: simple no-bake dessert in a glass in minutes
A delicious and satisfying dessert does not need to be baked. You can also do without eggs and gelatin. All you need to do is mix the mass with a spoon and put it in the fridge to stabilize.

Ingredients:
- milk - 500 ml
- flour - 35 g
- corn starch - 20 g
- sugar - 70 g
- a pinch of vanilla
- butter - 20 g
For decorating:
- nuts
- chocolate
- almond flakes
Method of preparation:
1. Pour milk into a saucepan and add flour, starch, vanilla and sugar.
2. Mix everything very well with a whisk.
3. Heat the mass over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
4. When bubbles appear, cook for another 10 seconds and remove from heat.
5. Immediately add butter, stir and pour into glasses or molds.
6. Refrigerate for several hours, preferably overnight.
7. Carefully run a thin knife around the edges of the dessert. Then it can be easily removed from the glass.
8. Decorate to taste.
